Tackling the climate emergency can start at breakfast!

What we eat and where it comes from has a large impact on our carbon footprint.

Join Shannon Martinez, Head Chef and Owner of Melbourne's leading vegan restaurant, Smith and Daughters and Jess Panegyres, Former Campaign Manager, Forests at The Wilderness Society in a discussion about why we need to change the way we eat if we're to tackle the climate emergency.

We'll discuss the impacts of our current food systems, understand which foods have the largest climate impact, and consider the case for embracing a plant-based diet as one way we can take action on the climate emergency.
