Applications are now open for the 2018 exhibition program!

We encourage proposals from innovative and engaging artists, to exhibit at: Richmond Town Hall, Fitzroy Library, Bargoonga Nganjin North Fitzroy and Richmond Library, as well as in the four outdoor light boxes at Carlton Library.

A fee is paid to successful applicants to contribute towards the development and presentation costs.

This is an opportunity to create a unique artistic statement within busy, inner city locations.
