Ingredients:
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons of milk
- ½ tablespoon of butter
- salt and pepper to taste
Kitchen Utensils:
- Stove top burner
- Small non-stick pan
- Whisk
- Spatula

Dahl
Ingredients:
- 2 cups of red lentils
- 2 tablespoons of turmeric powder
- 1 litre stock (or water)
- Sprig of curry leaves (or 20 loose curry leaves)
- salt taste
Kitchen Utensils:
- Stove top burner
- Medium/large pot
- Measuring cup(s)
- Wooden Spoon

Ingredients:
- 250g plain sweet biscuits
- 395g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1½ cups desiccated coconut (for rolling)

- Food processor or rolling pin + sealable bag
- Large bowl
- Measuring cup(s)
- Wooden Spoon

Ingredients:
- 1 bunch of basil
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 40g pine nuts
- ½ - 1 cup of olive oil
- 1 - 2 tablespoons of parmesan cheese (optional)

Ingredients:
- 1 medium sized butternut pumpkin
- 1 brown onion
- 5 cloves of garlic
- 1 litre of chicken stock
- 3 sprigs of rosemary
- 1 cup of cream

- Large pot
- Blender/Stick blender

Ingredients:
- 5 cups self raising flour
- 1-2 cups of sugar
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 500g butter
- 2 cups of icing sugar (icing)
- 3-5 tablespoons milk (icing)

- Cookie cutters
- Oven tray/cookie sheet
- Measuring cup(s)
- Large mixing bowl
