Dance and laughter promote a variety of benefits for health and well-being. So to help our community laugh and dance more in 2021, every Wednesday we're pleased to bring you free Bollywood dance and laughter therapy classes in partnership with Studio J Dance.
The class activities are designed so they can be performed standing up or sitting in a chair at home, making them accessible to all ages and levels of fitness and flexibility.
Wednesday 10am: Laughter therapy class
This class includes facial and jaw warm-ups, breathing exercises, laughter and dance.
Wednesday 11am: Studio Joy
An inclusive 30-minute Bollywood dance class including eye muscle exercises and hand/finger stretches.
