Dance and laughter promote a variety of benefits for health and well-being. We're pleased to share free Bollywood dance and laughter therapy classes in partnership with Studio J Dance.
The class activities are designed so they can be performed standing up or sitting in a chair at home, making them accessible to all ages and levels of fitness and flexibility.
Laughter therapy class
This class includes facial and jaw warm-ups, breathing exercises, laughter and dance.
An inclusive 30-minute Bollywood dance class including eye muscle exercises and hand/finger stretches.
