Session 1: NBN ‘101’ - Tuesday 6 July 
- what is NBN, and the status of the rollout
- what it means for the members and how to connect
- how the NBN affects your existing landline phone and medical alarms
- power outages
- scams to be wary of

Session 2: NBN optimisation - Wednesday 11 August
- how to select the best plan for your household (speed choices)
- how working from home can affect your internet requirements
- simple steps that can improve your connection inside your house / apartment / office building

Session 3: NBN scams awareness and internet safety - Thursday 9 September

- how to protect yourself and identify different types of NBN-related scams
- what common scams sound like and relevant examples
- how to protect yourself online
- what to do and who to contact if you think you have been involved in a scam
