Yarra Libraries wishes everyone a happy and safe festive season and New Year. We will be operating on reduced opening hours over the holiday period. Returns chutes will be available at all branches throughout the Christmas and New Year period and items can be renewed online.

Holiday closure dates:

Monday 25 December 2023 (Christmas Day)
Tuesday 26 December 2023 (Boxing Day)
Monday 1 January 2024 (New Year's Day)

Our libraries will be open between 10am–5pm on the three days from Wednesday 27 December to Friday 29 December inclusive.

Open Library members will still be able to access Richmond Library, Carlton Library and Bargoonga Nganjin, North Fitzroy Library during this time.

Regular hours will recommence on Tuesday 2 January 2024.
